Seton Heritage Ministries is seeking a Faith Programs Manager who will oversee both Faith and SOH Programs. Working closely with the Programs and Operations Director, this role provides leadership for Worship, Shrine Retreats, Seeds of Hope (SOH), Prayer Line, and Basilica Interpretation. This is a unique opportunity to combine professional expertise with purpose-driven work, advancing the Shrine's mission to promote the life and legacy of Saint Elizabeth Ann Seton.

We're looking for a faith-driven leader with a strong background in ministry and program coordination who is passionate about fostering meaningful liturgical and spiritual experiences.

A Bachelor's degree in Theology, Religious Studies, Ministry, or a related field is required. Candidates with equivalent experience will be considered- substituting experience for a degree requires an additional four years of relevant experience. The ideal candidate will also have at least three years of liturgical experience and experience supervising staff or volunteers.
