We are looking for a Team Life Coordinator who is primarily responsible for managing Bible Studies, making sure that preparation and execution at each parish are effective. They are most "on-the-ground" in terms of spending a majority of their time with the students we are serving and therefore have great insight when it comes to content for the Retreats, Missions, and Bible Studies.

Key Responsibilities:
- ECyD Weekly Encounters (Bible Studies) - Program Content:
--> Works closely with the Director to draft and review program content for each semester
--> Engaging team leaders to get their ideas and feedback for content
--> Ensuring all necessary materials are present at encounters

- Attending weekly ECyD Encounters
--> Attend weekly Encounters at select Parishes to oversee team leaders and overall team life

- Parish Communication
--> Works with the Director to communicate to select parishes
--> Ensuring promotion, registration, and execution of weekly encounters
--> Responding to parents from the parish who have questions or concerns

- Team Leaders - Recruiting and Accompanying:
--> Helping with recruitment, management, and personal accompaniment of team leaders who are mainly high schoolers and college students
--> Monthly formation opportunity

- Retreat/Summer Camp, and Mission (Time Dependent)
--> Various tasks based on skillset and desired work: retreat or summer camp planning, attendance, MCing, leading, on-site coordinator, speaker, mission attendance, advertising

- Fundraising:
--> Responsible for fundraising and managing personal donors (you will be paid regardless o what amount you fundraise)
--> Each employee will receive heavy training, one-on-one coaching, continuous accompaniment during this process
--> Following up with donors and check in in to personally share what is going on with the ministry and thanking them

Qualifications:
- High School Degree or equivalent
- Youth Ministry experience
- A deep love for the Lord and a desire to have our young people get to know Him better

Important Info:
- Pay: $20-$25/hour
- 5-10 hours per week
- Schedule: flexible with required hours 2:45-4:45pm or 5:15-7:15pm throughout the week
