    Description

Position: Registered Dietitian - Women's Health (Remote)
Part-time to start, with potential to grow into full-time

    About Good Body Nutrition:
Good Body Nutrition, LLC is a Catholic-founded virtual private practice supporting women nationwide with compassionate, evidence-based nutrition counseling. We specialize in intuitive eating, body acceptance, disordered eating recovery, fertility/PCOS care, and the peaceful management of chronic medical conditions.

Rooted in a Catholic-Christian worldview, we affirm the inherent dignity of each woman we serve. Our approach honors the natural diversity of bodies and invites clients into a deeper sense of peace, trust, and freedom in their relationship with food, health, and self.

    The Role:
We are looking for a Registered Dietitian to join our growing team. The ideal candidate is passionate about women's health, aligned with a Catholic/Christian worldview, and eager to practice nutrition therapy in a client-centered, non-diet, and body-affirming way.

As part of Good Body Nutrition, you won't be just another contractor in a faceless tech platform-you'll be part of a collaborative, mission-driven team offering truly individualized care.

    What You'll Do:
    - Provide virtual nutrition therapy to adult women across the U.S.

    - Build therapeutic relationships rooted in trust, compassion, and professional excellence

    - Support clients in areas such as disordered eating, PCOS, fertility, chronic conditions, and body image

    - Chart and document sessions in accordance with professional and practice guidelines

    - Participate in team check-ins, shared resources, and ongoing collaboration

What You Won't Have to Do:
    - Worry about marketing or bringing in clients-we'll send them to you. If you do bring in a client, bonus compensation will be rewarded!

    - Get bogged down with insurance billing or administrative headaches-we'll handle that too

    - Work under rigid quotas or one-size-fits-all care-we do track some metrics to support a healthy, sustainable practice, but our priority is thoughtful, relationship-centered care, not numbers for their own sake.

    What We're Looking For:
    - Licensed (or license-eligible) in your state, and open to obtaining licensure in Missouri + at least one additional state

    - Strong understanding of or openness to practicing from a Catholic/Christian worldview

    - Familiarity with intuitive eating, supporting health goals at all sizes, and a non-diet approach (formal training not required-mentorship is available)

    - Comfortable working independently but eager to collaborate and grow as part of a team

    - Strong communication skills

    - A reliable tech setup

    Compensation and Benefits:
Hourly Rate: Competitive, > $30/clinical hour to start

Schedule: Flexible part-time hours (build up to full-time if desired)

    Location: 100% remote

Continuing Education Support: Annual CE stipend and access to shared-team learning resources

    Quarterly Wellness Stipend
Use for self-care, spiritual direction, books, or whatever nourishes your soul.

Flexible, Family-Friendly Scheduling: You manage your hours, your pace, and your work environment. A minimum of 8 client hours a week is necessary for this position.

Mentorship: Opportunities for case consultation and growth in therapeutic nutrition skills, with faith and compassion at the center

Meaningful Work: Help women find peace with their bodies and their health-work that truly matters

Mission-Driven Team: Join a values-aligned, faith-informed practice that prioritizes integrity over productivity quotas
Growing Benefits: As our practice grows, we plan to offer additional benefits like paid time off and extended sick leave. We're committed to building a workplace that supports our team as much as our clients.

    To Apply:
Please send a resume and brief introduction (no formal cover letter necessary) to Shelby Hirschman, RD at [email protected].

We welcome applicants of all backgrounds who are respectful of the Catholic worldview at the heart of our mission.
