Enrollment Work with the Director of Enrollment to develop the enrollment strategy for Frassati Catholic. Excellent people skills, including the capacity for remembering names of applicants and visitors, and an ability to engage with prospective students and families, provide hospitality to visitors to campus, and prompt communication via phone and email. Understanding of the Frassati Catholic mission, with the ability to communicate the tenets of the culture and community of the school to a broad audience. Comfort in public speaking and interpersonal communications. Strong ability for logistics, including coordination of special enrollment events, prospective student shadow visits, and collaboration with partner Catholic elementary and middle schools. Attention to detail in managing prospective student information through the application database. Responsible for the handling and filing of applicant information. Manage communications with all prospective students and families. Prepare communications and print materials for prospective students, families, and applicants that will spread positive messages of the school, its students, programs, and community activities. Brainstorm and develop new ways to reach students and families through special events or school outreach efforts. Capacity to learn about the Frassati Catholic culture, curriculum, and extracurricular programming and share that information clearly and with enthusiasm. Provide support for capital campaign events, Open House, Frassati Family Fun Fest, and other admissions and advancement department-related events.
School Community Establish communication between Frassati Catholic High School and local Catholic elementary schools and parishes. Flexible and responsive to change as the school grows. Be visible to the campus community. Find ways that the Director of Marketing & Communications can contribute to the building of the culture and community at Frassati Catholic. Coach and mentor Assistant Director of Marketing & Content Creation to provide opportunities for professional development.
QUALIFICATIONS Bachelor's degree or academic/professional equivalent. Knowledgeable and supportive in word and action of the school's mission, vision, and educational philosophy. Implement mission of the school through witness. Represent the school in a positive way on and off the school campus. Experience in a Catholic school or parish setting, preferably in a student and/or parent-facing role. Proficiency in writing and social communications media.
