Territory Manager

Tabella is the premier Catholic app designed for Parishes and Groups. It facilitates ministry group engagement, parish community connectivity, and spiritual growth through high-quality Catholic content.

Position Overview:

As a Territory Manager for Tabella, you will play a vital role in expanding Tabella's reach within a specific region or diocese. You will be responsible for activating new parishes on the Tabella platform, nurturing relationships with Parish Sponsor Teams, maintaining CRM records, and ensuring effective communication among stakeholders.

Responsibilities:

-Drive parish activations for Tabella within your designated region or diocese.
-Conduct weekly calls with Parish Sponsor Teams to provide guidance, support, and ensure their success with Tabella.
-Manage CRM records and reporting, meticulously tracking individual ad sales efforts and opportunities.
-Engage in weekly one-on-one discussions with the Sponsorship Manager and Parish Development Managers.
-Collaborate closely with the sales and marketing teams to effectively communicate Tabella's value proposition to churches and sponsors.
-Strive to launch a minimum of 3 new churches in your territory each month.

Candidate Profile:

-Firm belief in Tabella's mission and a strong commitment to teamwork.
-Deep understanding of Tabella's significance and its potential to positively impact the Catholic Church's future.
-Solid background in Sponsorship and Ad Sales, with a proven track record of successful outcomes.
-Approachable, cooperative, and dedicated to fostering a culture of collaboration and goodwill.
-Proficient with technology, capable of articulating Tabella's value to churches and potential sponsors.
-Must be very proficient in English.
-Spanish language proficiency is a plus.
-Demonstrated ability to consistently launch 3 or more new churches in your designated territory each month.

Compensation:

Base Pay: $200 per successfully launched church
Ad Sales Commission: 40% commission on ad sales

Location:

Churches, Sponsor and Advertiser sites, as well as Home Office
