Event Planner

TOBET Event Planner (full or part-time) (hybrid of in-person and home-based)

IF FULL-TIME:
As our events planner, you get to:
-Plan and implement TOBET Awareness Dinners (quarterly)
-Plan and implement a major annual fundraising event
-Plan and implement an Annual Appeal
-Plan and implement TOBET Seminar (locally, once a year; digitally once a year)
-Plan and implement one major donor's Gratitude Gathering (once a year)

As needed, this position will also help the development department, if needed
• Manage systems and software to track and cultivate donors and prospects, including our donor database and wealth screening tools
• Manage existing portfolio of donors and prospects
• Work with the Major Gifts Officer to align efforts and reach goals
• Create and implement moves from the management plan for smaller donors
• Make cold calls and warm calls to invite existing donors to greater giving
• Acknowledge donors through letters and phone calls

This position's full-time compensation will be negotiated.

This position's part-time compensation ranges from $20K-22K, depending on time availability and experience.
