Before and After School Program Director

The Before & After School Program (BASP) provides extended care for students by allowing early drop-off or late pick-up from school in a supervised environment on the campus. Before-school care is offered from 7:00-7:40 AM and after-school care is available from 3:30-6:00 PM on all full school days from mid-August through the end of May. Enrollment is expected to be about 80-100 students.

Key Responsibilities:
*Oversee the daily operation of this program and be present on campus for all afternoon sessions
*Supervise a staff of ten care providers
*Create schedules and activity plans for afternoon care
*Purchase snacks and supplies
*Maintain enrollment and attendance records
*Provide monthly billing information to the business office
*Provide timely communication with parents
*Provide timely feedback to school principal regarding operation of the program
