What you will be doing in your role?
You will use the Leading, Managing, and Accountability framework with staff to develop them into leaders through professional development, personal and agency accountability, delegating tasks and projects that leverage their strengths, and breaking barriers. You establish yourself as an agency leader, managing both short- and long-term outcomes for the greater good of CCFW.
You will lead operations and external relationships to ensure that all client services programs are providing service with excellence, including implementation of research and best practices to ensure that clients have the best possible experience at CCFW and that services are impactful for each client on their journey out of poverty.
You will lead service and solution management actively and effectively, removing barriers for staff, without hesitation to change or implement new practices for effectiveness of services provided. Client Services staff will feel supported in service delivery and you will manage your teams through effective change management.
Are you the next VP of Client Services?
Bachelor's degree in a Social Service or related field; Master's Degree preferred
8 years of related experience required, including 5 years of management experience.
Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite
Possess a high level of professionalism
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
Ability to compile, research, and analyze information.
Ability to compose and present comprehensive reports.

Salary and benefits are competitive and commensurate with experience, qualifications, and verifiable salary history. CCFW offer a variety of benefits including medical, dental, vision, and life insurance. Our employees can participate in a retirement plan with a generous 6% match. A progressive paid leave plan allows you to earn more time off the longer you are employed, and we provide paid time off for 16 designated holidays each year. This a full time, exempt position.
