The job description is a four-part approach to a comprehensive formation program for young adults including Catechesis, Service Projects, Retreats & Accompaniment, and Interpersonal relationships with peers and family using a strong Catholic moral foundation as the backdrop of all relationships. Along with four aspects of the job, he/she must be willing and able to assist in any and all projects as directed by the Pastor, Parochial Vicar, or Director of Faith Formation and Discipleship.
