The Associate Director of Development will mange the annual appeal; under the direction of the Chief Development Officer. They will work in partnership with a team of 8 priests to design the appeal.
The ADoD will design materials in Canva, oversee the annual appeal video's production, organize three annual mailings, and solicit gifts. They will lead six annual giving society dinners and manage budgets. They also service donor calls and requests.
The ADoD oversees the development staff of 5 when the Chief Development Officer is unavailable. They represent the staff at high level presentations and local community events.
