Reports to: President of Overbrook Catholic School and St Cecilia Academy

The Dominican Campus is looking for a vibrant and energetic Director of Advancement with demonstrated success in leading development efforts. Working in collaboration with and for the President of Overbrook Catholic School and St Cecilia Academy, the Director of Advancement is responsible for advancing the mission of OCS and SCA by designing, growing, and implementing the development plan to include major gifts, annual fund, planned giving, alumni relations and event support with impactful application of marketing and communications. While directing the work of the team, the Director of Advancement focuses primarily on cultivating relationships and stewarding top donors, directing capital growth campaigns, building endowment and planned giving initiatives for the two schools, and setting the strategy for growth targets in all areas of development.

Qualified Candidates will have:
- Strong understanding and support of the mission of Catholic education
- Superior written and oral communications skills
- Minimum of five years experience in nonprofit development with consistently demonstrated fundraising success
- Ability to lead a team and to work collaboratively with a variety of other stakeholders and teams
- Education: Bachelor's degree required. Advanced degree or CFRE preferred.
