    Job Purpose:
    The Executive Director is responsible for managing and directing the human and material resources of the Corporation subject to and in accordance with the instructions of the Trustees; and to ensure that the Corporation's mission, goals and objectives are met in an efficient and effective manner.

    Job Responsibilities:
    • Report to and be subject to the directives of the Members and the Board of Trustees
    • Be responsible for the implementation of the strategic plan as approved by the Board of Trustees
    • Provide for good management of the Corporation
    • Provide for employment of all staff positions and all personnel matters related to those decisions; responsible for maintenance of all personnel files and provide proper support to the staff
    • Be responsible for developing a proper relationship with the community
    • Be responsible for the development and support of the programs of the Corporation
    • Be responsible for fundraising to support the plan of development
    • Be responsible for proper fiscal management
    • Be responsible to take any other actions that are required for the good operation of the Corporation
    • Overall day-to-day operation of the organization

    Job Qualifications:
    • Be a practicing Catholic who supports the teachings of the Catholic Church
    • Advanced degree with at least 5 years of management experience in a social service organization
    • Knowledge of leadership and management principles as they relate to nonprofit organizations
    • Knowledge of current community challenges and opportunities relating to the mission of the organization
    • Knowledge of human resources management, financial management, and project management
    • Strong marketing, public relations, and fundraising experience with the ability to engage a wide range of stakeholders and cultures
    • Strong written and verbal communication skills; a persuasive and passionate communicator with excellent interpersonal and multidisciplinary project skills
    • Ability to work effectively in collaboration with diverse groups of people
    Passion, idealism, integrity, positive attitude, mission-driven, and self-directed
