Job: Plan & sell international tours, airline reservation; fares, ticketing; booking hotels, ground transportation, and client care. Follow company procedures
Work with company DataBase
Responsible for deadlines with group allotments
Works alone and in teams delivering customer services in accordance with office procedures, utilization schedule, productivity, accuracy of work, and attendance.
Maintains a favorable working relationship to foster harmonious working climate.
Must read and clearly understand airline and hotel contracts
Clear and descriptive written and verbal communication, telephone, and email (outlook) etiquette.
To resolve clients' travel problems
Flexibility and multitasking is required, as well as ability to complete projects, stick with things, until they are done, even in the face of adversity.
Self motivation is required for learning various programs, such as Amadeus. Shows eagerness to sustain high performance by delivering what clients need.
