-Deliver engaging instruction aligned to diocesan standards with a strong foundation in early literacy, phonics, and numeracy. -Employ varied instructional strategies that support multiple intelligences and diverse learners. -Utilize data-informed teaching (including MAP Growth) to track progress and ensure high levels of achievement for all students.

Qualifications:
-Practicing Catholic strongly preferred; must support and uphold Catholic teaching and mission. -Bachelor's degree in Elementary or Early Childhood Education strongly preferred. -Valid South Carolina teaching certification (or eligibility) preferred. -Experience or training in foundational literacy instruction preferred. -Positive, organized, collaborative, and growth-oriented professional disposition.
