This full-time position reports to and assists the Admissions Director with all administrative functions of the Admissions Department. Specific duties include, but are not limited to, the following:
• Processes admissions applications and maintains applicant files • Responds to applicant inquiries and questions • Collects admissions data and provides statistics for analysis • Schedules and coordinates interviews and shadows • Helps onboard and orient new families • Serves as lead contact for families during the admissions process • Is a positive ambassador for the school
The ideal candidate should possess excellent oral and written communication skills, and strong interpersonal skills. The candidate must be highly detail-oriented, with excellent organizational skills, and must be capable of working independently. Candidate should be proficient in Google Suite and Microsoft Office. Experience in database management is a plus.
