Cardinal Newman School of Columbia, South Carolina is accepting applications for a full-time Spanish teacher for the 2022-2023 academic year. We are seeking a subject area expert who, in collaboration with the administration, is responsible for offering an in-depth study of the Spanish language including the history and culture of Spain and Spanish-speaking countries.
Specifics: Teaching Duties: • Classes would include Spanish III, IV Honors, and AP Spanish. • Have the ability and passion to coach a sport or moderate a major school activity.
Minimum Qualifications: Qualified candidates will possess a strong educational background in the Spanish language, have the ability and background to teach tenth through twelfth-grade Spanish classes, and must have a passion for inspiring an appreciation for foreign languages and cultures. The ideal candidate will hold a minimum of a master's degree.
Compensation: Salary ranges from $40,000-$75,000 per year, dependent upon education and experience.
