French Teacher

Cardinal Newman School of Columbia, South Carolina is accepting applications for a full-time French teacher for the 2022-2023 academic year. We are seeking a subject area expert who, in collaboration with the administration, is responsible for the linguistic development of our students. The classes offer an in-depth study of the French language including the history and culture of French-speaking countries.

Specifics:
• Classes would include French I, French II and French III
• Have an ability and passion to coach a sport or moderate a major school activity.

Minimum Qualifications:
Qualified candidates will possess a strong educational background in the French language, have the ability and background to teach 7th through 10th grade French classes, and must have a passion for inspiring an appreciation for world languages. The ideal candidate will hold a minimum of a master's degree.

Compensation:
Salary ranges from $38,000-$48,000 dependent upon education and experience.
