Qualifications

-A commitment to the Catholic Mission and Catholic Intellectual Tradition
-Strong instructional and classroom management skills
-High level of personal organization and planning
-Design, plan and implement learning experiences for reading, writing, math, social studies, science, and religion
-Ability to develop rigorous lesson plans and assessments
-Deep content area knowledge especially around early childhood
-Willingness to participate in ongoing professional development
-Ability to utilize data to differentiate instruction
-Guide students in their social-emotional development, maintaining expectations and support for positive and productive student behavior
-Regularly communicate with families about classroom happenings and student progress
-Performing other responsibilities as designated by the principal or pastor of the school

Requirements
-Bachelor's Degree required
-Rhode Island Teaching Certification preferred
-Relevant Prior Experience preferred
