Responsibilities includes direct support to the Executive Director, office tasks including, but not limited to, scheduling, correspondences, answering telephones, filing, errands, assisting with event and meeting planning, human resource tasks, mailings, light bookkeeping, ordering, preparing reports, etc. Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite a must. Quickbooks experience and bi-lingual a plus. References. 32.5-35 hours with the possibility of full-time.
