We are seeking a reliable and skilled RN to support the Sisters living in a retirement residence. This role provides hands-on nursing care and ensures high-quality clinical oversight in a respectful, mission-centered environment.
Key Responsibilities
Provide direct nursing care and clinical oversight during assigned shifts Monitor and document vital signs, health changes, and care needs Administer medications and treatments in accordance with nursing standards Support safe transitions to hospital or appointments when needed Collaborate with CNAs, contract staff, and the Healthcare Coordinator Maintain a safe, clean, and compliant environment Respond effectively to emergencies and urgent situations Required Qualifications
Active PA Registered Nurse license BLS certification Strong nursing competencies and knowledge of best practices Excellent communication skills (oral and written) Strong organizational skills and ability to set priorities Ability to build and maintain effective working relationships Sound decision-making, self-motivation, and leadership abilities If you meet the qualifications and are interested in flexible PRN shifts in a mission-driven setting, we welcome your application
