Greet and welcome visitors in a friendly and professional manner Answer phone calls, schedule student transportation Track daily Attendance Assist with event planning and coordination Perform clerical tasks such as filing, photocopying Provide customer support and address inquiries or concerns Maintain a clean and organized reception area Other duties as needed Experience:
- Previous experience as a receptionist or in a similar role is preferred - Knowledge of office procedures and basic clerical tasks - Familiarity with Google Suite, or other office software is a plus - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills - Strong organizational skills and attention to detail - Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
