Norwood-Fontbonne Academy is currently seeking a Director of Mission and Ministry.
Norwood-Fontbonne Academy is a pre-k through grade 8, Catholic, Independent, co-ed, elementary school sponsored by the Sisters of Saint Joseph and located in Chestnut Hill, Philadelphia. Within the Mission and Vision of Norwood-Fontbonne Academy, a sponsored work of the Sisters of Saint Joseph, the Director of Mission and Ministry is responsible for facilitating the faith formation and Catholic identity of the school community. The Director of Mission and Ministry serves as a member of the Senior Leadership Team and reports to the President and the Principal. The Director helps create an environment which encourages and guides all members to contribute to the Catholic Identity of NFA and the formation of a faith community which responds to the spiritual needs of the students, teachers, staff and parents. Cultivates an inclusive faith-filled community that nurtures global citizens committed to relationships with self, others, and earth.
