The Congregation of the Sisters of I.H.M. has an opening for a Full-Time Administrator of Our Lady of Peace Residence. This position will provide leadership by incorporating the mission, vision, and values of the IHM Congregation throughout the organization. The administrator participates in planning, organizing, directing and facilitating the operations of Our Lady of Peace by promoting a person-centered approach, ensuring quality care, and ongoing education and learning.

A Master's degree in a Health Care or related field and 5 years of healthcare management experience is preferred.
