High School Theology Teacher and Assistant Coach

Job Description: This person will be responsible for full time teaching of Theology classes and may serve as an Assistant Coach in one of the many sports offered at Bishop Kelley.

Job Requirements:
1. Willingness to understand and commit to the mission of Bishop Kelley High School as a Diocesan Catholic institution.
2. Ability to present material in a variety of formats to meet the needs of diverse learners.
3. Ability to integrate technology in the classroom.
4. Ability to reach for student success.
5. Demonstrates broad knowledge of Theology.
6. Prefer prior teaching experience at the high school level.
7. Prior coaching at the high school level.
8. Effective communication skills.
9. Must be cleared through the Virtus Background Check (Done by Bishop Kelley).

Supervisor: Principal, Department Chair and Athletic Director

Salary: Compensation is based upon years of teaching experience and educational degree(s). Coaching role will be compensated through a stipend. Benefits apply as a regular teacher.
