Position Overview The Special Event Manager is responsible for coordinating and organizing multiple events for the school through a network of volunteers and vendors.
Essential Job Functions • Willingness to understand and commit to the mission of Bishop Kelley High School as a Diocesan Catholic institution. • Secures committee memberships. • Serves as liaison to various committees. • Recruits, coordinates and manages volunteers for various events throughout the year. • Creates and updates job descriptions for all volunteers. • Attends committee meetings relating to Philanthropy. • Develops and tracks a budget for each event. • Coordinates school-sponsored special events. • Attends PTO meetings. • Creates articles for the Bishop Kelley publications to provide updates on Special Events. • Attends Philanthropy department meetings.
Supervisor: Director of Philanthropy
Salary: Compensation is based upon years of experience and educational degree(s). Benefits are available as a full-time employee.
