OUR FOCUS ---

Culture: Culture is the cultivation of man. It is only through surrendering our daily lives that God can cultivate sanctity in us. We must slow down to encounter God in the sunset, in the stars, with friends around a campfire, or with families sitting together in a living room. We must make ourselves more available to receive God's grace so that he may cultivate his love in us.

Interior LIfe: The Interior Life is the pursuit of spiritual perfection through an ever-growing intimacy with God. This is of the highest importance in our daily life. It is through having a strong Christian culture that we are able to have the interior life cultivated in us. We must have God at our center every day so that we can let his love overflow from us.

Mission: Mission is the overflow of our interior life cultivated by Christ. We must direct our overflow where he desires us to go. We are all called to mission, however, that does not mean the traditional events and activities we are used to seeing. True mission is simply the love of God and the love of neighbor. It is inviting others into a Christian culture where the interior life may be cultivated through bonfires, dinners, movie nights, bible studies, prayer ministry, and wherever else the Spirit leads us.

Serve the Church of today through ministering to families, young adults, college students, and youth! Help others embrace a life of mission by inviting them into a meaningful life with you through meals, bonfires, stargazing, camping, Bible Studies, small groups, music, coffee outings, and so much more!

Serve through strengthening the domestic church and marriages through the overflow of your own! Encounter and minister through family dinners, hiking, movie nights, Bible studies, small groups, bonfires, and however else the Lord may move you and call you to serve

THE MISSION ----

We need on-fire people who are ready to set the Church on fire with a love for Christ's mission. We are all called to be a missionary in our daily life at home, work, school, shopping, and everyone else. Our mission is to help others embrace their mission and serve parishes by creating missionaries within the parish! We need families, married couples, and on-fire singles who are ready to create an authentic Catholic community in a Christian culture.

THE HOW ----

There are on-fire people in every community, your mission is to find them and to help invite them into a life worth living through your own personal ministry. From there form them in their own ministry through a Srodowisko.

"Srodowisko" was the name of a group started by Saint John Paul II before his papacy in which he brought people together, shared life and adventures, and grew together in virtue. These people are now on the path to sainthood, and we desire the same for every parish across the world! Our ministry is centered on forming strong Srodowiskos for parishioners and from there they are formed to become missionaries for their family, parish, work, and everywhere else the Lord calls them to.

Your personal ministry may be leading a movie night, Bible study, prayer teams, hospitality, camping, retreats, homeless outreach, pro-life ministry, and literally anything. We understand that God gives us always specific missions and gifts, we are here to foster those gifts and or help you find what God has in store for you so that you can do the same for others! Ultimately our mission is to empower others in their mission and invite them to serve with us!

Live Fully Alive in Jesus Christ through the Holy Spirit! The Lord has made prayer ministry a very clear part of our ministry. Rooted deep in our everyday life are the Gifts of the Holy Spirit as we go out to bring people to Jesus in either our words, Gifts of the Spirit, deeds, or prayer - and most times all of the above!

Your mission is to live a life worth living! This isn't a 9-5, this is a life lived Fully Alive! Are you in?

DETAILS ----

- Housing: Live in neighborhood communities or households to build a strong community, not only with your team but also with the parish you serve and are transforming!
- Vacation & Time Off: Enjoy substantial time off with 3-day weekends every month, long holidays, summer breaks, feast days, and more! On top of all that you have two weeks for vacation and two weeks for personal spiritual retreats, formation, and rest
- Formation: Be formed as we will walk with you and your team, helping educate you in the new evangelization and preparing you to serve with your team on your own. We don't want you to struggle, we are here to serve you!
- Insurance: We provide the option of health insurance for all staff
- Retreats: Rest easy with retreats every 3 months focused on your physical and spiritual well-being!

SALARY ---

We make sure to provide all Fully Alive Team Members with a substantial fundraised salary from $40,000-$50,000 so that you can better serve while on mission. We are here to provide fundraising training, support, and coaching with someone walking with you every day to help you as you invite others to join you on mission through financial giving. Worried about if you will be able to? Contact us and we can talk! We are here to walk with you and you can be fully funded in as little as 6 weeks! It is a lot easier than you may think, trust us! If you are worried just reach out to us, we don't want this to hold you back from a life of mission.

A stipend may be available for families and those with rare circumstances who may have struggled with support raising.

COMMITMENT ---

There is no commitment timeline to join us, we understand life happens, join us for however long you can, that may be a year or it may be for 50, either way, we are glad to serve with you!
