This Sous Chef position works afternoon and weekend shifts to prepare appetizers, meals, desserts, snacks, and special events foods for the Sisters of the Good Shepherd residing in Carrollton, Ohio. This position also includes serving meals, cleaning and storing food in accordance with quality standards, health codes and sanitary regulations.
Qualifications - Highschool diploma or equivalent; culinary training/degree preferred - Two years of experience as a Cook in a high-volume restaurant - Ability to read/comprehend prep sheets, recipes and menus - Basic math skills; ability to understand, calculate and follow recipe measurements/proportions - Be able to pass a criminal background check and drug test
