Mission Driven Catholic is working with several dioceses around the country to identify and place mission-driven school leaders to serve as principals of Catholic elementary schools.

Successful principals in Catholic schools are effective leaders in four major areas of school leadership. As Spiritual Leaders, through their witness to the beauty of living a full Catholic life, effective Catholic school principals foster an authentic faith community, ensure rigor in catechesis, and work to lead students, families, teachers, and the broader community into a deeper relationship with Jesus Christ. As Organizational Leaders, they ensure that the school is operating effectively and reflects a proper Christian community. As Entrepreneurial Leaders, they clearly understand the value of a Catholic education, and communicate it effectively to all stakeholders. Finally, as Instructional Leaders, they ensure the appropriate rigor in all academic disciplines infused with a Catholic worldview.
