As the Marketing Manager Contractor, you will play a crucial role in managing various aspects of our clients' marketing activities. You will work closely with the owner to understand client objectives, develop effective strategies, and execute marketing campaigns across multiple channels. This role requires a proactive mindset, exceptional organizational skills, and the ability to work independently to meet deadlines and drive successful outcomes.
Marketing Strategy Development: Collaborate with the owner to develop comprehensive marketing strategies aligned with client goals and objectives.
Campaign Planning and Execution: Take ownership of planning and executing marketing campaigns across various channels, including digital advertising, social media, email marketing, content creation, and SEO/SEM.
Performance Monitoring and Optimization: Monitor and analyze campaign performance using relevant metrics, identifying areas for improvement, and implementing optimization strategies to maximize results.
Content Creation and Copywriting: Develop engaging and persuasive marketing content, including website copy, blog articles, social media posts, and email newsletters.
Market Research: Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify trends, opportunities, and potential areas for growth.
Collaboration with Internal and External Stakeholders: Collaborate with the creative team, external vendors, and other team members to ensure seamless execution of marketing initiatives.
Budget Management: Assist in managing marketing budgets for assigned clients, ensuring effective allocation of resources and optimizing return on investment.
Stay Updated on Industry Trends: Continuously stay abreast of industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies to drive innovation and deliver cutting-edge marketing solutions.
Reporting and Analytics: Prepare regular reports on marketing activities and campaign performance, providing insights and recommendations to clients and the owner.
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
Proven experience 2-4 in marketing management
Strong knowledge of marketing principles, strategies, and best practices across various channels.
Proficiency in digital marketing platforms, analytics tools, and content management systems.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to craft compelling marketing content.
