Social Media Specialist

We are looking for a creative and results-driven Social Media Specialist to join our team. The Social Media Specialist will be responsible for planning, implementing, and monitoring our social media strategy to increase brand awareness, improve marketing efforts, and engage our target audience. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of social media platforms, strong communication skills, and a passion for connecting with online communities.

Responsibilities:

Develop and implement social media strategies to align with business goals
Create engaging and shareable content for various social media platforms, including text, images, videos, and graphics
Monitor social media channels for trends, conversations, and customer feedback

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field
2-4 years of experience in social media management or a similar role
Proficiency in social media platforms, such as Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, and LinkedIn
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Experience with social media management tools, such as Hootsuite or Sprout Social
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
