TAN Books is looking for a qualified Digital marketing manager to help take the lead in developing successful, long-term digital marketing strategies.
TAN is a market leader in traditional Catholicism, dedicated to helping people become saints. Every piece of marketing whether it be an email or a social media post or a marketing graphic needs to reflect this mission. Our brand seeks to make the intellectual tradition attractive to the modern world.
As a Digital marketing manager, you should have in-depth marketing experience and be able to effectively help to manage a small team of marketers and a network of outsourcers. You should also provide forward-thinking ideas to build and maintain a strong company web presence.
Responsibilities
• Manage all digital marketing channels (e.g. website, emails and social media) to ensure brand consistency
• Measure ROI and KPIs and maintain scorecards and internal reports
• Develop specific campaigns to generate leads and grow our two-year active list
• Oversee our social media accounts and ensure that we are maximize
exposure and promoting an attractive brand
• Manage and improve online content, considering SEO and Google Analytics
• Strategically spend the budget through three primary levels of the marketing funnel: Awareness, Consideration and Conversion
• Weigh in on the effectiveness of new releases and ensure that they get proper marketing treatment
• Motivate digital marketing team to achieve goals and ensure that they hit their goals
• Monitor competition and the Catholic market to see shifts and trends in the industry
Requirements
• An appreciation for the TAN Brand and the Catholic intellectual tradition
• Disciplined creativity, normalcy, empirical decision making, agility and pleasantness
• Proven work experience, managing others in a Marketing capacity
• Demonstrable experience in designing and implementing successful digital marketing campaigns
• Strong understanding of how all current digital marketing channels function
• Solid knowledge of online marketing tools and best practices
• Hands on experience with SEO/SEM, Google Analytics and CRM software
• Excellent analytical and project management skills
• Strong team management and communication (written and verbal) skills
