The Head Varsity Football Coach will direct all aspects of the football program, including coaching, player development, game preparation, and program administration.
The successful candidate will promote the Catholic mission of Holy Trinity High School while emphasizing sportsmanship, personal growth, and academic achievement.
Responsibilities include but are not limited to; Lead and oversee all aspects of the varsity football program. Model and cultivate high character, integrity, and respect among student-athletes. Create a positive, competitive, and supportive team culture aligned with school values. Develop and implement effective practice plans, game strategies, and training programs. Oversee assistant coaches and collaborate with the athletic department. Support the academic success of all student-athletes. Ensure adherence to all school, league, and CHSAA guidelines. Communicate effectively with students, parents, staff, and administration. Promote safety, proper conduct, and accountability on and off the field.
Required Qualifications; Demonstrated history of high character and strong moral leadership. Prior football coaching experience at the high school level or higher. Ability to mentor and inspire student-athletes. Strong communication, organizational, and leadership skills. Commitment to fostering a positive educational and athletic environment. CPR/AED and First Aid certification (or ability to obtain prior to season). Must meet all Holy Trinity and CHSAA coaching requirements. Preferred Qualifications Previous experience as a head coach or coordinator. Knowledge of player development, strength and conditioning, and film analysis. Experience working in a Catholic school environment.
Compensation Seasonal stipend: $6,800-$10,900
