Fordham University seeks an entrepreneurial and creative Director of Leadership Annual Giving (Director). S/he will lead the qualification, cultivation, and solicitation of leadership annual giving prospects and donors with capacity to give five and six-figure gifts. The successful candidate will serve as a key contributing member of the Fordham Fund and have responsibility for recruiting and managing a team of Leadership Annual Giving Officers.

The Director will report to the Senior Director of Development for the Fordham Fund. S/he will manage one Leadership Annual Giving Officer with the opportunity to recruit and lead a team of one to three Leadership Annual Giving Officers, ensuring that these professionals are well trained, have clear goals, and have the resources they need to be successful.

The ideal candidate will partner with the Senior Director of Development for the Fordham Fund to design and implement an aspirational multi-year strategic plan for leadership annual giving. S/he will partner with the Stewardship and Donor Relations and Special Events teams to design meaningful stewardship opportunities for leadership annual giving donors. The Director will partner with Advancement Services to refine reporting and create metrics to assess the progress and health of the leadership annual giving program.
Salary range: $120,000 to $130,000
