Chemistry-Forensic Teacher

The Mary Louis Academy an all-girls Catholic high school in Jamaica Estates, NY is seeking a full time AP Chemistry, Chemistry, Forensics teacher for the 2022-2023 academic school year.

Candidates should be dynamic and energetic. A BA/ BS and or MA/MS degree in the Physical Sciences with an Education background is required. NYS Certification is strongly preferred with experience of at least 2-5 years recommended, but will consider 0-2 years experience.

Must be highly motivated and very well versed in classroom technology including iPad, Triumph board and e-books. All Chemistry classes are regents level and the AP Exam is required.

Applicant must have a willingness to participate in extra-curricular events during the school year as well as contributing to school life outside the classroom such as tutoring, supervisions etc.
