Job Summary We are seeking a passionate and dedicated UPK 3 Lead Teacher to join our educational team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in childcare and toddler care, with experience in UPK settings. This role involves creating a nurturing and stimulating classroom environment that fosters creative learning through play using the Creative Curriculum Responsibilities Creating and implementing weekly plans Foster a learning environment that stimulates child growth and development Ensure a clean and healthy classroom atmosphere Create and develop strong parent and child relationships Maintain communication with parents Complete student observations, assessments, and daily documentation. Attend regularly scheduled professional development and staff training sessions Ensure compliance with DOH regulations Must be articulate, reliable, and possesses a professional demeanor Qualifications Bachelor's/Masters degree in Early Childhood Education or related field or on track. Teaching certification in Early Childhood Education or on track. Proven experience working with preschool-aged children in a classroom setting Strong communication skills to effectively interact with children, parents, and colleagues Knowledge of curriculum development principles for young learners
