Qualifications:
Bachelor's Degree in Early Childhood Education or a related field NJ Teaching Certification or working towards certification preferred Experience working with preschool-aged children in a structured classroom setting Strong communication, organizational, and classroom management skills A warm, faith-filled demeanor and a passion for working with young children
Responsibilities Include:
Planning and implementing age-appropriate lessons aligned with early childhood standards and Catholic values Creating a safe, loving, and engaging classroom environment Working collaboratively with colleagues, administration, and families Supporting the social, emotional, spiritual, and academic development of each child
