President

Camden Catholic High School in Cherry Hill, New Jersey, invites applications for the next President, who will begin on July 1, 2023. Founded in 1887, Camden Catholic is a co-educational college preparatory school with an enrollment of approximately 650 students. Educating diverse learners since 1887, Camden Catholic develops tomorrow's innovative leaders steeped in the Catholic tradition of mercy. We empower students to discover their purpose and to serve God and others fostering a just society. Appointed by the Bishop of Camden and accountable to the Board of Trustees and the Superintendent of Schools, the President is the overall leader and facilitator of the community of faith with ultimate responsibility for the integrity of the doctrine and practice of Catholic identity at the school.

The next President of Camden Catholic will be a person of vision who works closely with the Board of Trustees to leverage Camden Catholic's culture, history, and tradition of excellence to recognize and pursue a vision of growth for the future. In the last several years, the school has secured support for expanded and state-of-the-art academic, athletic, and extracurricular programs that continue the Camden Catholic tradition of excellence while adapting to meet the needs of students and families in the 21st Century. The next President will be a leader who is able to oversee the faithful implementation of the next phases of the school's strategic plan and inspire alumni, parents, faculty, staff, students, and the broader community to bring it to fruition.

The President serves as the head of school, directly responsible for establishing priorities and ensuring that goals and objectives are met in the areas of institutional advancement and fundraising; budget and fiscal management; business operations and building management; personnel; and enrollment, marketing, and communications. The President should have strong skills and demonstrated experience in raising funds to support a mission-focused organization and successfully stewarding all aspects of a mission-focused organizational budget. The President also supervises the work of the Principal, who is responsible for the implementation of academic, athletic, extracurricular, and other programs, as well as the day-to-day operation of the school.

Qualifications
• Active member of a Catholic parish
• Master's Degree in a relevant field
• Minimum of 7 years of experience in a similar executive position or multiple positions of progressive levels of responsibility
• Meaningful, deep familiarity with Catholic schools
• Demonstrated success in leading a diverse team, stewardship of financial resources, and development efforts that attract investment in the school
