The following short term leave Teacher of French is available starting January 3, 2023 for approximately 2 months.
Short term Full-Time French Teacher
Able to meet the standards for certification as a teacher in the Archdiocese of Trenton
Commitment to the development of the whole student, including well-being and character, in alignment with the St. Rose tradition of education
Be a practicing Catholic, able to meet the standards for certification as a teacher in the Archdiocese of Trenton

Duties and Responsibilities:
Provide a quality education in a Catholic environment
Commit to ongoing professional development in the spirit of continuous improvement
Develop rigorous and appropriate lesson plans, assignments, and assessments in cooperation with St. Rose school-based leadership and curricular resources developed by St. Rose's Academic Team
Work closely with school leaders to analyze student assessment data to measure progress and use data to inform instruction
Collaborate in grade level teams to discuss student work, share best practices, plan events for joy and humor, and ensure student mastery of standards
Engage families in their children's faith development and education by building relationships and maintaining regular communication
Preferred:
Experience teaching in a high school, with demonstrated expertise in differentiated instruction
Experience using technology to extend and enhance learning, preferably with G Suite for Education (Google Apps)
Familiarity with the Doctrinal Elements of a Curriculum Framework for the Development of Catechetical Materials for People of High School Age
Education and Experience:
Bachelor's degree required with a record of personal, professional, and/or academic achievement
Teacher certification
Commitment to and experience working with underserved communities
Determination to drive student achievement and set high expectations for all students
Demonstrated expertise in subject area
