Job Summary: Manages and participates in parish office operations while providing direct administrative support to the Pastor.
Essential Job Duties: • Oversee office operations. • Assist Pastor as needed. • Be well informed of parish activities and maintain official parish calendars. • Manage and coordinate clergy liturgical calendar. • Manage official parish correspondence. • Maintain office and liturgical supplies. • Manage parish data management system and online giving platform. • Print end of year contribution statements. • Attend staff meetings.
• Excellent in multi-tasking, time management, and ability to prioritize work. • Strong organizational skills. • Strong communication skills. • Knowledge of office management systems and procedures. • Microsoft Office, Microsoft Word, Microsoft Excel, Microsoft Outlook
