Campus Minister

Saint Anselm College, a liberal arts college in the Catholic, Benedictine tradition, educating students for lives of meaning, leadership, and achievement, is seeking a Campus Minister to join the campus ministry team. This position reports to the Director of Campus Ministry and is a member of the Student Affairs Division. Responsibilities include planning, coordinating, and implementing social justice programs and activities including our Anselmian B.R.E.A.K. experiences, as well as facilitating prayer experiences, retreat planning, and pastoral outreach. Successful candidates will be interested in joining a team committed to supporting young adults and members of the Saint Anselm community as they live out their faith while being engaged in Higher Education. Candidates will have strong relationship building skills and experience in building strong relationships with other offices on campus.

A strong background with faith and justice programming and Catholic social teaching is required. The candidate must be highly motivated, creative, and committed to Catholic higher education. Candidates will have demonstrated an ability to effectively engage young adults and communicate the Catholic faith tradition in a collaborative environment. Desirable candidates will have the experience and ability to develop religious literacy and have fluency in diversity, pluralism, and inclusion. They should possess exceptional interpersonal skills and enthusiasm.
