The Administrative Assistant will provide support to key members of the Sophia Institute team, including marketing, accounts and billing, fundraising, and other areas.

-Answers the telephone and interactive web chat and processes book orders -Works in collaboration with Sophia staff to ensure we are effectively communicating with key constituencies -Processes donations and enters data into database -Enters customer and account data related to book sales -Conducts other work as needed -Performs any work requested by a superior
