We have an opportunity for an Account Manager to join our Member Services team. The person in this position will be responsible for managing and servicing the property and casualty protection for Arch/Diocesan and Religious Order accounts by coordinating all areas of coverage. The Account Manager must interface effectively and confidently with senior management regarding client needs. This person has responsibility for maintaining positive customer relations by identifying opportunities and problem solving.
A four-year college degree or equivalent work experience is required. Two to three years prior experience in property and casualty insurance preferred. This individual must possess strong written and verbal communication skills, proficiency in Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook, solid math reasoning and problem solving, be detail oriented and organized and must have excellent customer service and presentation skills. Must have the ability and willingness to travel. Attainment of, or working toward, a professional insurance designation is preferred.
