Job Title: Marketing Coordinator
Position Reports To: President/CEO
Provide Administrative Support: VP/CFO, Gift Planning Officers
Position Summary
You will work with a team at the Roman Catholic Foundation of Eastern Missouri that is passionate about helping sustain the Catholic Church in the Archdiocese of St. Louis for future generations. As a key member of our team, you will collaboratively help create the marketing and communication plan, for which you will be responsible for oversight and day-to-day implementation of activities.
Duties and Responsibilities
Marketing - Communications
Implement strategic marketing and communications plan
Maintain marketing related agenda and calendars
Plan, design, write, coordinate and drive mailings, email blasts, social media and website
Monitor, track and analyze marketing and campaign data, suggest refinements
Coordinate donor and stakeholder events
Establish strong partnerships and assist in managing relationships with key constituents, stakeholders and partners
Coordinate internal meetings, compose agenda, handouts and meeting minutes
Administrative Support
Support CEO and staff
Support general office functions, including receiving visitors, phone calls, and correspondence
Universal
Collaborate and engage with internal team and external partners
Create requested reports, support special projects and other duties as assigned by the CEO
Knowledge & Experience Requirements
Bachelor's Degree preferred
1-3 years of prior experience in marketing/communications preferred
Prior experience collaborating with teams/departments while responsible for execution preferred

Ability to prioritize, manage projects, work independently and self-directed
Knowledge and appreciation of the Catholic Church
Impeccable integrity and a "can do" attitude
Strong written and verbal communications skills, attention to detail and grammar
Excellent computer skills; including Microsoft Office products
Fundamental publishing skills; including page layout, image editing, and electronic and print publishing
Willingness to learn data management and publishing software and support platforms
Flexibility to adapt as duties will be varied and multi-faceted
Confidence in decision making
Relationships Requirements
Willingness to work occasional events during evenings or weekends
Ability to work collaboratively with others inside and outside the organization
