Reports To: Executive Director of Stewardship and Development

Position Summary
This position will build, coordinate, and cultivate support for the MO Scholars Tax Credit program of the Bright Futures Fund. This position is full-time, and officed at the Catholic Center in downtown Kansas City, Missouri. Essential Duties
• Plan and coordinate cultivation and support.
• Create, coordinate and distribute materials for the MO Scholars Tax Credit program.
• Enter data and help maintain records for the office database system.
• Create and generate analytical reports as requested.
• Produce and coordinate communication packages with internal and external constituents.
• Assist in duties associated with future program expansion efforts.
• Ensure optimal giving to MO Scholars.
• Build and maintain existing donor relationships; research and discover prospective donors.
• Develop relationships with parishes and Diocesan entities to educate and engage fundraising efforts.

Basic Qualifications Required:
• Minimum 3 years' experience in fundraising and development.
• Intermediate skills in Microsoft Office suite, especially Word, Excel, Outlook and PowerPoint.
• Practicing Catholic with knowledge of Church operations and stewardship ministry model.

Basic Qualifications Preferred:
• Intermediate skills in CRM database systems.
• Undergraduate degree in a closely related field, or any equivalent combination of education and/or experience.
• Knowledge of tax credit programs.
