This strategic executive leadership position will work collaboratively with the Board of Directors and a cultivated team of leaders to carry out the mission of CCS. The President supports, develops, and coaches the departmental leaders and school principals in collaboratively shaping the organization. An important part of this role is to engage and involve stakeholders in building and implementing a sustainable system.
EDUCATIONAL REQUIREMENTS: Bachelor's degree in educational or other leadership, business, accounting, management, or related fields required. MBA or other relevant graduate degree preferred. Six or more years of relevant executive management and leadership experience with Catholic or independent schools, higher education, nonprofit or civic organizations, corporate or business entities, or professional services.
