Director of Development

POSITION OVERVIEW:
As a culture- and mission-driven individual with a passion for Catholic Community Schools, you will be part of the dynamic central office Advancement Leadership Team. As the Director of Development, you will be responsible for planning, implementing, and overseeing comprehensive fundraising and development strategies and goals to support our school system's growth and sustainability. You will have development staff to assist you with these goals who will report to you. With donor-centricity always a priority, you will seek to match donors' philanthropic goals with the organization's existing needs, staying well-versed in all avenues of support for Catholic Community Schools, The Cathedral Education Foundation, and The Catholic Foundation for the Diocese of St. Cloud.

EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE: (Minimum Required)
Bachelor's degree, preferably in a relevant field (such as Nonprofit Management, Business, or Communications).
Strong experience in successful fundraising, development, or related roles within the nonprofit sector.
Demonstrated understanding of the importance of alumni, parent, and student relations.
Understanding of the Catholic faith, values, and mission of Catholic Community Schools.
