Video Producer

Openlight Media is currently seeking an experienced Video Producer to join their rapidly growing media platform. In this position, you will oversee all aspects of video projects, following multiple video productions from start to finish. You will be responsible for managing the production team, overseeing the budget, and production timelines. You should have at least 10 years of experience in video production and a bachelor's degree in a relevant field. Being a practicing Catholic is preferred due to the nature of the work. TV/Film industry experience a plus.

Video Producer Duties and Responsibilities
• Create and track a timeline and budget for each project
• Participate in hiring production and post-production team members
• Oversee the production to ensure it stays on schedule and on budget
• Work with editors and motion designers from project initiation to completion
• Assist in managing the marketing and release of each video series

Video Producer Requirements and Qualifications
• Bachelor's degree in a production-related field (preferred)
• Minimum 10 years of video producing/studio experience
• Proficiency with Adobe Creative Cloud software, Office 365 environment
• Working understanding of social media marketing
• Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills
