Director of Human Resources

This critical ministry position is a member of the Chief Operating Officer's team and provides dynamic leadership and guidance for the Archdiocese of Detroit (AOD), including its more than 125 employees, contractors, 215 parishes, 80 Catholic schools, 5 cemeteries, Safe Environment and other related AOD entities. The Director is responsible for developing and administering archdiocesan human resources (HR) policies and oversees the provision of a broad range of human resources services to Curia (Central Services) departments, parishes, Families of Parishes (FOP), schools and other AOD entities. Change management is a crucial component of this position.
