Diocesan is looking to add an additional position to our customer support division. This position is responsible for a wide range of duties including managing incoming calls, serving as the first point of contact for clients, and assisting the support staff. This is a full-time position, Monday-Friday located in our Byron Center office.
-Serve as an initial point of contact for current and future clients.
Receive and route incoming phone calls on a multi-line phone system.
-Create new job tickets from incoming calls and email.
-Assist support staff with onboarding of new clients.
-General administrative tasks.
Skills & Qualifications
-Professional demeanor with strong interpersonal skills.
Strong computer skills. With experience using software such as Microsoft Office, Google Suites, web-based email, and CRM or ticketing software.
-Above average level of verbal and written communication.
-Ability to demonstrate a "customer first" attitude at all times.
