Faith Formation and Education

Your role will provide you with many mutually valuable opportunities. You will advance the faith formation of individuals and families across all ages. You will organize and support volunteers who provide Sacramental preparation, religious education, and studies and faith-based support groups for adults. To help you become a valued resource to others, a mentor will guide you as you acclimate and encounter new situations.

We are a growing, faith-filled, and faithful parish firmly committed to renewing the Church in Central Massachusetts. Our church home is a beautiful neo-Gothic church which seats over 800 people. We offer five Sunday Masses, including one in Spanish and one in Portuguese, two weekday Masses, plus a Saturday daily Mass. Confessions and Anointings are offered frequently. Our Regional Adoration Chapel is open for over fifty hours every week. Our supportive pastor, associate pastor, small staff, and volunteers provide the Sacraments and various formative, charitable, and social activities.

We require that you to be a willing public witness in fidelity to the teachings of the Church with the personality, organizational skills, and initiative and follow through to interact well with people of all ages and backgrounds. As a ministerial position, flexible availability is required, averaging forty hours per week, including some evenings and weekends. Compensation hours may be taken off, though not necessarily within the particular pay period. The salary is negotiable, and benefits are provided.
